My background in psychology shapes how I sell: understand the person, remove the friction, make the yes feel easy. And yes — I still teach, so I never lose touch with the room. No pressure — just honest conversations.

Hi, I'm Meera.
Over a decade in sales, marketing and brand strategy for boutique fitness and wellness, with a psychology background shaping all of it. method + launch is where everything I've done comes together.
I didn't come to sales from a marketing degree. I came up on the floor — running presale across 25+ studio locations, managing studios and driving sales and marketing for brands like YogaWorks, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, YogaSix, FS8, JETSET Pilates and SweatHouz. I've worked the leads, built the follow-up, coached the teams and opened the doors.
My background in psychology is the thread through all of it. Good selling isn't pressure — it's understanding what someone actually wants, removing what's in the way, and making the right yes feel easy. Strategy and soul.
I still teach yoga in Orange County. I'm not an outside agency looking in — I'm one of you, with a sales brain.
